It is our sincere hope that you will be happy with the products and service that you receive from us. We will act quickly and fairly to remedy any problems that may arise. All queries regarding any item in our store are welcomed.

We try to get colours as accurate as possible, however due to lighting and display setting, images may not be 100% accurate. Fabric samples are available upon request (message us with colour/fabric and address) and recommended especially when trying to match with decor.

As the cost of postage and packaging goods is high, we recommend that you thoroughly enquire before placing your order .


Damaged or faulty goods

  • If on delivery the goods are visibly damaged please DO NOT accept them from the courier.
  • Any goods delivered faulty, sub standard or damaged will be exchanged.

If no exact duplicate replacement is available for your damaged goods we will gladly issue a full refund or you may choose an equivalent product from the store.


Return of Non-faulty goods

It is the buyer’s responsibility for the return of the item. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable.

Items MUST be returned in their ORGINAL, UNUSED condition and in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.


Return Period

Returns will be accepted if returned within 30 days of delivery.
